Creating a Solid from a Planar Curve
To create a solid from a planar curve (Cyclone body) navigate to the menu New Entity > Generation > Revoution (see Fig. ).
In the Construction by Revolution menu (see Fig. ) make a following modification:
- Rename Name to Cyclone-rotPart.
- Set the Objects to Cyclone-sketch.
- Set the Axis to Z (OZ in the Object Browser).
- Set the Angle to 360 degrees.
- Click Apply and Close.
